Canada

" The Death of Jeffrey Baldwin" Documented the death of a removed child in Ontario: Removed children are killed in foster home again. As long as government has the authority to remove children, this will not be the last one. His grandmother and her partner were convicted of second degree murder. According to various sources, they sought custody of this child so that they can get money from the government. Like in many other cases in which removed children were killed or abused, social workers made the wrong decisions are not held accountable and face no consequence whatsoever.
